The managerial theory is tended to handle the involvement, the motivation and the learning process of the people within an organization and to share their competences with the aim of reaching the necessary competitiveness. In this approach the focus is set on the social relationship finalized to carry out of the task in a context of community. This allows the development of a common meaning, which is the building block of any creative process.

Record has produced and implemented within the company a Code of Ethics, with the goal of providing a set of common values and principles that express Record commitment towards a responsible business activity.
The foundations of our conduct are the integrity and fairness in conducting business operations, the attention to workers’ rights, safety and wellness by a constant effort to improve working life conditions and the environmental protection.
