Luca Mori<\/strong>, formatore, filosofo della Politica e collaboratore alla cattedra di Storia della Filosofia all\u2019universit\u00e0 di Pisa (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/unipi.academia.edu\/LucaMori\">https:\/\/unipi.academia.edu\/LucaMori<\/a><\/strong>),<strong> ha scelto di adottare un metodo che non si basa su una lezione di filosofia in senso tradizionale, n\u00e9 sull\u2019esposizione di questioni \u201cestratte\u201d dai classici e adattate al contesto aziendale.<\/strong>\u00a0 Ha lavorato invece portando a gruppi di lavoratori etereogenei degli\u00a0\u201cesperimenti mentali\u201d e degli enigmi filosofici, \u201csfidando\u201d i gruppi a interpretare i problemi e a cercare ipotesi risolutive condivise il pi\u00f9 possibile.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><em><strong>Utopia<\/strong> <\/em>\u00e8 un\u2019<strong>attivit\u00e0 di simulazione<\/strong> basata sulla <strong>conversazione<\/strong> e sull\u2019<strong>esercizio del pensiero ipotetico<\/strong>. I partecipanti sono chiamati a fare ipotesi su uno scenario simulato che cambia aspetto e cresce progressivamente di complessit\u00e0 a seconda delle loro stesse ipotesi. Elaborando simulazioni in gruppo emergono spesso aspetti differenti dello stesso problema, suggerendo direzioni d\u2019analisi alternative da cui possono derivare ipotesi e proposte non sempre conciliabili. In queste circostanze il gruppo pu\u00f2 diventare ed essere percepito come una risorsa per tutti, aiutando i singoli a considerare pi\u00f9 aspetti del problema affrontato di quanti potrebbero coglierne da soli. Si pu\u00f2 parlare in tal senso di un\u2019<strong>intelligenza collettiva<\/strong> che emerge nel contesto di conversazione di gruppo. A ci\u00f2 si aggiunge la potenzialit\u00e0 creativa della simulazione: \u201cla simulazione \u00e8 altres\u00ec un motore potente (probabilmente il pi\u00f9 potente) della creativit\u00e0 umana. Prendendo avvio da alcuni indizi (reali o teorici) la mente umana \u00e8 in grado di creare attraverso la simulazione nuove combinazioni mai considerate prima grazie ad accostamenti insoliti e ad associazioni impreviste (e forse imprevedibili e impensabili fino ad allora\u201d (Come funziona la nostra mente &#8211; Anolli &amp; Mantovani
