Record, in cooperation with Welfare Lynx and Cooperativa il Pugno Aperto, launched “We.Kids”. The project is a temporary space dedicated to host children and grandchildren of workers during school closures. Trial periods were organized during the Carnival holidays, and during the Easter holidays.<\/p>\n

Children aged 5 to 12 years, together with professional educators, enjoyed various activities, alternating between workshops and moments of free play activities.<\/p>\n

The corporate daycare is intended to meet the needs of Record workers to balance life time with work time and at the same time to meet the educational need of children to play. The initiative provides kids with an opportunity to enter a world they usually see only heard about. It allows them to make their parents’ descriptions of their “day at work” concrete.<\/p>\n

We.Kids, at this phase is free for workers and included among the activities funded by the #Conciliamo Call for Proposals, in support of welfare. The project is implemented with the contribution of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers-Department for Family Policies.<\/p>\n

We will collect feedback, such as: attendance, children’s enjoyment, and parents’ satisfaction. The analysis of this data will allow us to consider whether to incorporate this temporary daycare service as a permanent corporate welfare measure for work-life balance.
